We pay in accordance with the BRTV collective agreement – including all allowances, travel expenses and collectively agreed special payments provided for in the main construction industry. This includes Christmas and holiday pay, performance-based bonuses and a company car for selected positions.
What you can earn depends on your qualifications, experience and occupational field – we discuss specific salary ranges transparently in the first interview.
With locations in Waldshut-Tiengen, Zwickau, Germersheim and Asperg, we are present at several sites while staying close to our projects. This allows us to combine regional roots with short distances, clear organisation and a working environment with perspective.
